I wanted to let you know how much help your staff was to us recently.
We had received a G.E. Case 8000 controller in the shop and when I turned it on, it stopped on a log on screen. I tried a few obvious passwords and no help.I knew if anyone would know, you would, so I called asking for you. A very pleasant lady answered and told me you were not available but someone would help me, now.
A technician asked me to try a few different user names and passwords and soon the unit was booting up! He reminded me to write the info down before we got off the phone.
I call quite a few vendors for technical help and usually get “please hold, your call is important” or “push 1 for sales” so I was awestruck that your staff answered the call and had me fixed up in 5 minutes!
